5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation
• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
• Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization failure
• Non-serviceable location
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Due to the personal nature of fragrances:
• Products are non-returnable
