1. NO RETURNS
All purchases made on ETHAEL are non-returnable.
2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We offer replacement or refund (in exceptional cases) only under the following circumstances:

3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, customers must:

Uninterrupted unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear images of the product and packaging

Valid Order ID

Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review
