RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At ETHAEL, every fragrance is thoughtfully crafted to deliver a refined sensory experience. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns.

1. NO RETURNS

All purchases made on ETHAEL are non-returnable.

2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer replacement or refund (in exceptional cases) only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in a damaged condition

  • Leakage during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Verified manufacturing defect

3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process, customers must:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide the following:

    • Uninterrupted unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear images of the product and packaging

    • Valid Order ID

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review

4. RESOLUTION PROCESS

Upon successful verification:

  • A replacement will be offered as the primary resolution

  • A refund will be issued only if a replacement is unavailable

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method

5. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days

  • The final credit timeline may vary depending on your payment provider

6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements in the following instances:

  • Personal preference or dislike of fragrance

  • Minor external packaging imperfections

  • Products that have been used or partially used
