1. CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. CANCELLATION PROCESS

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email with your Order ID.

3. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

4. CANCELLATION BY ETHAEL

ETHAEL reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Non-serviceable delivery location

• Product unavailability

• Payment authorization issues

• Unforeseen operational or technical reasons

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
